La Bóveda Luxe Layaway Policy

At La Bóveda Luxe, we want to make owning pre-loved luxury items easier while protecting both our customers and our collection.

1. Eligibility:

  • Layaway is available for items priced $800 and above.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the item price is required to secure the item.

2. Tiered Payment Plans:

  • Items $800–$1,500: Remaining balance divided into 4–6 equal weekly or biweekly installments.

  • Items $1,500 and above: Custom payment plan, typically 6–8 weeks, depending on the item and customer agreement.

3. Item Hold & Shipping:

  • Items will be held exclusively for you while on layaway.

  • No shipping or pickup will occur until the full balance is paid.

4. Late Payments:

  • A 3–5 day grace period is allowed for each installment.

  • Payments made after the grace period will incur a late fee of $10–$15 per missed installment, depending on the payment amount.

  • If 2 or more payments are missed, La Bóveda Luxe reserves the right to cancel the layaway, retaining the deposit.

5. Cancellations & Refunds:

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

  • In the rare event that an item is proven inauthentic by a reputable authenticator, we will issue a full refund upon verification.

6. Authenticity Guarantee:
Every item is carefully examined and verified using reputable authentication services, including Entrupy, Real Authentication, Pro Authenticators, and Authentic Detective. These trusted services help confirm the authenticity of the pieces we offer. While these are among the primary authenticators we rely on, we are not limited to them and are always seeking additional trusted methods and services to further support our authentication standards.

7. Communication:

  • We will send reminders before each payment due date to keep you updated on your balance.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to make payments on schedule to maintain the layaway hold.

8. Additional Notes:

  • La Bóveda Luxe reserves the right to adjust payment schedules in exceptional circumstances.

  • Layaway plans are available at the discretion of La Bóveda Luxe and may not be offered for all items.
